PredictAI provides AI-powered football match predictions, analytics, VIP tips, and related content for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" and you use it at your own responsibility.
3. Account and conduct
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

PredictAI and its content, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or use our trademarks without permission. You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. feedback); you grant us a license to use it to improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on predictions or analysis. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
